We hope you will fall in love with your DRAJÉE purchase but we understand that, occasionally, things don’t work out. You always have 14 (fourteen) days from when you receive your order to return it to us for a refund. This might be because your item doesn’t fit, isn’t what you expected or because you have simply changed your mind.

Any returned items should be unused, with all tags attached, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

If you need to return an item, please email us at customer@drajee.com and we will send you return instructions.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend that you use a secure or trackable method of postage, and that you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

When we receive your item, we aim to process your refund within 10 working days. Please be aware, processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
