CONTRACT OF SALE

When you have chosen your item's from Drajee.com and proceeded to checkout, we will ask you to review your order. Please take the time to review your order carefully and correct any mistakes. It is your responsibility to check that your order is correct before submitting it to us.

When you submit your order, you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out on our website.

When we receive your order, we will review the same and send you an email to confirm acceptance of your order. The contract between us is not formed until we confirm acceptance of your order in writing. If an order has incomplete details or an item is not available we will contact you to confirm next steps. Incomplete orders may be subject to delays.

ORDERING ERRORS

If you have made a mistake with your order please contact our customer support team as soon as possible on. We may be unable to rectify mistakes after your order is confirmed, although you will still be able to cancel all or part of your order.

PRICE CHANGES

We check our prices regularly. If the price of an item changes between the time you place an order and the time we confirm your order we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed.

OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS 

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect to any, or certain specified, purchases made through this website. Discount codes and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including SALE. 

PAYMENT

The prices on Drajee.com include all local taxes including VAT. If you are ordering from outside the UK, VAT may not be payable but further taxes and customs fees may apply. These fees and taxes will be the responsibility of you as the customer.

Payment must be made in full at the time of the order using one of our accepted payment methods. These methods will be indicated at checkout. We are unable to release any goods without first receiving full payment.

Our online payment process is designed to protect your personal and payment information, using secure methods and encrypted payment technology.

DELIVERY

We offer free Royal Mail Special Delivery on every order and aim to deliver your order in 1 to 2 working days. Unfortunately, delays do occasionally happen due to circumstances outside of our control. If your order is subject to a delay we will contact you to advise you of this.

Please take care to ensure the delivery address you provide is correct. Re-delivery due to an incorrect address may be subject to a delivery charge.

Any goods sent to work or business addresses are done so at the buyer’s own risk.

DELIVER DELAYS

If we fail to deliver goods by the date we have agreed, you can give us 14 days written notice requesting delivery be made. If delivery is not made within this period, you may cancel the order.

We are not liable for late deliveries caused by circumstances that are outside of our control.

Please check that the parcel containing your order is not damaged before you sign for it. We will not be liable for theft or loss of your purchased item's after you have signed to confirm receipt of a package.

GOODS WARRANTY

We will supply goods that are free from material defects or defects caused during workmanship for a period of 12 months, unless a longer period is required by applicable laws.

When you receive your order, you should check each item carefully for defects or damage. If an item is defective or damaged please let us know as soon as possible. You can contact us by email or call us on 020-3176-8570. We will then arrange for damaged or defective item's to be returned at no cost to you. If we find that the item's have/has suffered damage or become defective prior to delivery to you we will refund the price you have paid. If possible (and if requested) we may instead be able to repair or replace the item's.

This warranty excludes expenses or damage caused by inappropriate care or treatment of the product's supplied by Drajee.com. The warranty is also voided if the product's have been altered or changed in any way that has not been approved or carried out by us.

These Terms of Sale do not exclude Drajee.com’s liability to you for death or injury caused by our negligence or fraud or arising from any other action from which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.

We are only liable to you for losses caused by a breach of these terms and conditions by us. We are not responsible for losses incurred in circumstances which were not reasonably foreseeable consequence of us breaching these terms and conditions.

Our liability will not include any commercial losses that you may incur, including but not limited to lost data, reduced profits or business interruption costs.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you are a consumer (and not purchasing wholly or on behalf of a business) you have the right to cancel the contract of sale and receive a refund from us. This right is in addition to your other rights but does not apply to personalised items.

You must provide written confirmation of cancellation within 28 days of delivery. You should then return the item's to us. The cost of return postage and applicable insurance lies with you. If we incur any costs in relation to the return of the item's then we reserve the right to pass these costs to you. If you do not return the item's within 28 days of cancellation, we may collect the items and pass the costs back to you.
